How to enjoy a dinner with a smaller carbon footprint

Making dinner without meat once a week is good for your health and reduces the risk of heart disease. Replacing meat with plant-based choices also reduces your carbon footprint. With the right combination of beans, nuts, soy, and other vegetables, you still get the protein you need for one day.

 

  • Heat the oven, as per the instructions on the packaging.
