Thank you for your interest in IKEA home furnishings accessories. It is our pleasure to work with you. Below you find an overview of the procedures for press loans for both print media and television.
Product loan Guidelines
All IKEA product loans require authorisation from the IKEA Press Office.

If you feature an IKEA product in your publication that has been loaned, please include a brand credit to IKEA (our company spelling is always capitalised).
Please include the details of any changes to an IKEA product loan item featured so readers are aware that the product has been modified.

IKEA press office reserves the right to decline a product loan request .

Requesting a Product Loan
Both print media and television product loan requests should be emailed to each local PR department.

It is important to include the following information for television media within the email:

• Programme or publication description & title
• Broadcast channel (if applicable)
• If you plan to alter the IKEA product in any way
• How long you need to keep the product loan
• Your contact information
• How you intend to credit IKEA
• Most Importantly, Please indicate your COLLECTION and RETURN DATE.

Collection and Delivery Information
IKEA does NOT provide a delivery service for product loans. The collection and return of the product loan must be arranged by the journalist.

A reference number will be provided for each product loan. This number must be quoted when collecting AND returning the items and kept until the items have been returned so that the product loan can collected and returned in a secure way.
All products within the loan must be collected and returned together.

If any loaned item has not been used, please do not write on the outside packaging, so the item can be returned to stock.

IKEA will not accept a product if it has been painted or customised in any way, without permission prior to collection from the Press Office.

All product loans must be returned within the return date stated on your product loan request. (The return date must not exceed 28 days).
