Mix water (add elderflower syrup if you like) and food colouring in a pitcher. Fill a plastic glove with the mix. Tie the glove tightly and place it in the freezer. Mix elderflower syrup and water in a large bowl. Remove the glove from the freezer when the contents are completely frozen. Cut the glove open and pull out the frozen hand gently.
