Smoothie beetroot and oat milk

Serves: 4 persons
With nutritious beetroot and a touch of ginger, this smoothie is a perfect breakfast booster, or a quick and easy way to add extra zing to your afternoon.

Ingredients:

420 g FRUKTSTUND pre-blended smoothie mix, beetroot with ginger
250 g oat milk
blueberries and coconut flakes

Step by step:

1. Defrost the pellets.
2. Add milk and stir with a whisk.
3. Pour it in a glass and add blueberries and coconut flakes as topping.
Enjoy!

Serving

Choose your preference of milk and topping. And of course this recipe also works with any of the other FRUKTSTUND flavours.
