Flatbread with salmon, egg & mayonnaise
Make any day extra special with this tasty flatbread wrap! Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s filled with cold-smoked salmon, crispy vegetables and a creamy egg and mayonnaise salad.

Ingredients:
4 GRÄDDAT soft thin flatbreads
1 pkg SJÖRAPPORT cold-smoked salmon
4 dl egg and mayonnaise salad (see ingredients below)
1-2 carrots, thinly sliced
Chives, chopped
Salad leaves
Red cabbage
Sugar peas
Egg and mayonnaise salad:
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/2 dl mayonnaise
Step by step
Dice and mix the eggs with the mayonnaise to create an egg and mayonnaise salad. Spread the egg and mayonnaise salad in the centre of the flatbreads. Start from the top and leave a few centimetres at the bottom. Place the salmon slices on top of the egg and mayonnaise salad, and add the salad leaves, vegetables and chives. Arrange the ingredients so that small pieces of all of them are visible even when the bread is folded. Finally, fold the bottom of the bread up a few centimetres and then fold it to the left and right to complete the wrap.
