Light wood, white and pops of red and blue define the style of this small dining room. The key is not to oversaturate with colour – here we chose two primary colours. We also used furniture with thin forms for an airy look. The flexible gateleg table, which can store extra chairs, is great for small spaces.
Practical storage that adds to the look
This shelving unit is used as a room divider while providing storage that is accessible from both sides. The punchy blue storage combination is a strong statement piece, but also very practical for storing tableware. Pro tip: group tableware in neat formations for an uncluttered look.

We optimised this window ledge by creating a cosy nook for relaxing on your own, or as extra seating when needed. Bold, patterned textiles combined with solid coloured ones create a vibrant yet balanced look.
Get ready to party
It’s a small space, yes. But it’s always ready for a good celebration. You can move the table close to the window to make room for extra seats, pull out the extra chairs, and roll in the trolley – which is great for storage – that is used as a cake cart for this special day. Enjoy!
