Not so long ago, we decided to upgrade the whole concept of what food we should offer you at IKEA. So the successful launch of our vegetable balls in April 2015 marked a change of direction for us. Since then, we’ve been moving the IKEA food offer towards a wider offer of delicious, healthy and more sustainable food.

The food journey continues
We’ll be visiting traditionally preserved Swedish foods. Environmentally friendly pickled, dried, and fermented vegetables. Super tasty, super healthy! And we’ll be making sure we make the most of those great parts of fish and chicken that are sometimes overlooked.
