To season a carbon steel pan on the hob or in the oven, follow the instructions provided with the pan, in the packaging or at ikea.com.

Wash this product before using it for the first time.

This product is pre-treated with vegetable oil.

The pot/pan gets hot during use. Therefore, always use pot holders when moving it.

If corrosion or food stains arise, or if food burns and sticks, the pot/pan can be cleaned with steel wool or an abrasive sponge and then re-seasoned.
