"The VALNÄS series grew out of my idea to create strong stand-alone pieces that also work together. Seating and tables are united by a shared detail – a brass sleeve, a nod to traditional brass castors. I worked from both intuition and classic references to introduce something unexpected, like the comfortable armrests that also catch the eye.
