The grid on the topside spreads the light upwards and provides good general lighting. The grid on the underside protects against glare and provides a pleasant light over your dining table or kitchen island.
Thanks to the design of the ceiling cup, you will easily be able get it straight and close to the ceiling.

Use an opal light bulb if you have an ordinary lamp shade or lamp and want an even, diffused distribution of light.
