Fill it up
On the Swedish “smörgåsbord”, you often find croustades such as KRUSTADER (mini croustades) with special fillings. It can be cold fillings, like mushroom, shrimps, herring, cod roe, pâté, soft cheese or various spreads. But warm fillings like thick, warm mushroom or shrimp sauces suit equally fine. Croustades also go great with an aperitif.
