"The pattern for IKEA PS 2026 collection of home textiles and rugs originates from my totem paintings, where each shape represents a soul. The flowing ink shows these souls communicating. It's my way of celebrating how beautifully we coexist. This artwork was inspired by a planned trip to Sweden that never happened. Now, I imagine the shapes as colourful houses in a Swedish fishing village, with the flowing ink representing the people talking to each other."
