Sewing, weaving, knitting and embroidering were strong traditions in my family and I’m often influenced by the treasure of patterns I was exposed to growing up. For the October 2024 textile collection, I interpreted traditional crafts such as kelim rugs, Flemish weaving and wool embroidery. I strove for simplicity and contrast, with reappearing elements such as stars and geometric shapes. I hope these forms from the past and present bring comfort and harmony into your home.
