FRIDANS block-out roller blind
To suit your style and needs, we have a wide variety of roller blinds, roman blinds, cellular blinds as well as pleated blinds that you can pull from top to bottom or from bottom to top. We also have smart/wireless blinds. All our blinds are either cordless or have cords embedded into the design to ensure no dangling loops and safe use by all ages.
Blinds with accessible cords can be dangerous for children. That’s why we stopped selling them a couple of years ago. Instead, we got together with different organisations and dedicated people to develop something new and safer. You can see the result on FRIDANS block-out roller blind. Or actually, you can’t. We’ve hidden the cord inside an expandable rod that you pull to adjust the blind. It’s safe for the youngest and functional for all ages.
In the playful minds of children, dangling cords on blinds easily become a necklace, a climbing rope or a lasso, putting them at risk. To keep our little ones out of harm’s way, all our blinds are cordless or fitted with non-accessible cords.
