Enable focused work – yet make the most of your space
Desk screens let you section off individual workspaces in a space-efficient way. Besides minimising noise and visual distractions, they also double as handy noticeboards. Even so, colleagues can easily reach out to each other when needed, for quick answers as well as lunch plans.
Set up a lifesaver wall
We all know them. The everyday accessories we don’t need all the time – but when we do, they’re crucial. Set up an easy-access, dedicated space for shared equipment. Besides reducing the need for multiple sets, there will be less clutter on individual desks.
Sit and stand at your own command
Height-adjustable desks are ideal for an office with non-personal desks, letting anyone swiftly customise the height. Even better, alternating positions over the course of a day is known to ease strain on your body and generally benefit your health.
Please leave it as you found it
Provide everyone with baskets or organisers for having your personal belongings – paperwork, electronics or your favourite break activity – collected and mobile. This works twofold. Downtime when coming and going is minimised, and you keep all your stuff in check.
