Thin bread rolls with prosciutto and horseradish
Serves: 20 rolls
What you’ll need:
4 IKEA BRÖD TUNNBRÖD soft thin bread
200 g prosciutto
200 g cream cheese
Fresh or prepared horseradish
How to make them:
1. Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Grate fresh horseradish on top or spread a thin layer of prepared horseradish.
2. Add 2 or 3 slices of prosciutto to each piece of bread, and add a layer of spinach leaves. Roll everything up loosely, and keep rolled in plastic wrap, keeping covered until its time to eat.
3. When your ready to serve, cut the roll into 5 pieces and fasten each with a toothpick.
