What you’ll need:

The juice of half a lemon
2 cl IKEA DRYCK LINGON lingonberry syrup
2 cl grenadine
10 cl IKEA DRYCK BUBBEL ÄPPLE & LINGON sparkling apple and lingonberry drink
A thin slice of lemon
Pomegranate seeds
Vodka (optional)

How to make it:

1. Crush the ice in an ice crusher or put the ice cubes in a plastic bag and hammer away with a rolling pin. Fill the glass with the ice.

2. Shake lemon juice, the lingonberry syrup, and vodka if you’re using it, in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice.

3. Top it off with the grenadine and the sparkling apple and lingonberry drink. Pour it over the ice.

4. Garnish with the lemon slice and pomegranate seeds.

Extra tip:

Stock your fridge with ice, especially crushed.

Make sure your drinks are nice and chilled.

Keep your glasses nice and frosty by putting them in the freezer.

Slice limes and lemons in advance.
