Fix a build-it-yourself burrito buffet
Want to feed some folks without spending the entire day cooking or stressing? Do it the IKEA way—and let guests assemble their meals! One of our go-to favourites is a Swede-ified burrito buffet with lots of different fixings that are easy to prep in an hour or so.
Gather the fillings you want in the amounts you need to feed your group. Prep the fresh ingredients. Make spreads, sauce and slaw. Cook what needs to be warm. Serve everything in bowls with spoons. Give guests plates, napkins and baking paper. Boom. It’s build your own burrito time!
