Crispbread with dill, blue cheese and figs
Serves: 20 pieces
What you’ll need:
1 pkg IKEA KNÄCKEBRÖD DILL crispbread with dill
250 g IKEA OST BLÅMÖGEL blue cheese
4 fresh figs
Honey
Pumpkin seeds
Sea salt
How to make it:
1. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan with a bit of seas salt.
2. Break the crispbread into smaller rectangular pieces.
3. Slice the blue cheese into pieces and the figs into wedges.
4. Place the cheese on the bread and top with the figs.
5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle the roasted pumpkin seeds on top.
Extra tips:
The crispbread with dill and blue cheese can be assembled earlier in the day. But make sure you add the figs, honey and pumpkin seeds right before you’re ready to serve.
