Serves: 20 balls
What you’ll need:
200 g cream cheese
2,5 dl finely grated parmesan
Zest of half a lemon
Finely chopped parsley
How to make them:
1. Mix the grated parmesan with the cream cheese.
2. Add the lemon zest, and the salt and pepper to taste.
3. Leave the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. When its finished chilling, form it into small balls.
4. Roll the cheese balls in the chopped parsley.
You can prepare the cheese mixture the day before, but make sure to roll them the day of.
