4 ways to use KNALLBÅGE organiser
KNALLBÅGE is our newest, felt-iest organiser. It’s actually called a hanging organiser for accessories, but we think it has lots of portable pocket possibilities. Check out our ideas to turn it into on-the-go organisers for working, playing, sports watching and traveling.
1. WORK CLUTCH Bring along your office essentials like tablets, notebooks and chargers. Sew hook-and-loop fasteners on the sides of the main pocket and panel. Run elastic through the holes. Cover the outside flap with fabric or fake leather. Then sew on a button and glue in a loop to keep it closed.
2. CAR ENTERTAINER Make a back-of-the-seat spot for all the stuff that keeps kids happy on the road. Sew the sides of the flat main panel, so you get an extra pocket and a shorter organiser. Attach it at the top with string tied through the holes. Sew the string at the bottom and tie it on, too.
3. FAN KIT Cheer for your team and soften up your sideline seat at the same time. Just add elastic or a ribbon through the holes, so the organiser can be secured to itself. Decorate it with your team’s colour, name or mascot. Fill with snacks, sunglasses and programs to keep score.
4. JEWELLERY CASE Keep pretty things sorted and safe in a slim travel case. For rings, make a fabric sausage that attaches on one side with hook-and-loop fasteners. Sew the main pocket vertically to divide it in two. Use straight pins to fasten earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Then fold and tie it.
We love to see our customers get creative with our products. Go for it! But please note that altering or modifying IKEA products so they can no longer be re-sold or used for their original purpose, means the IKEA commercial guarantees and your right to return the products will be lost.
