1. How to register on the IKEA website?
You need to have your mobile phone number and email address when you register on the IKEA website. Please secure a correct email address in order to receive the digital receipt to your registered email inbox if you placed an order online. The account you registered on Shanghai Intermediate eCommerce website cannot be used for IKEA website, please register a new account.

2. What payment methods does IKEA accept?
When paying in IKEA stores, you can pay with Cash, Alipay, Wechat Pay, credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard and Union Pay, Apple Pay, Check, IKEA gift card and IKEA refund card.
When paying at IKEA online, you can pay with Alipay, Wechat Pay, credit and debit cards including Union Pay.

3. How can I apply for tax invoice?
When shopping in an IKEA store: You can apply for electronic invoice yourself by scanning a QR code at the bottom of your receipt. Or you can bring your company invoice information to IKEA Store Invoice Desk to apply for special VAT invoice.
When shopping at IKEA online: You can receive order confirmation with digital receipt by email after completed online purchase. Scan the QR code in the right corner of your digital receipt and apply the electronic invoice or VAT special invoice yourself according to the system guideline. The VAT invoice will be delivered to you separately from your products. The lead time normally is 15 working days after you placed your order online.

4. Does IKEA offer Delivery Service?
Most of our products are flat packed and designed in to easily fit in your car. If you shop in an IKEA store and prefer to have your purchase delivered, you can contact store co-workers to choose among our range of delivery options. If you shop online, the website will decide the most appropriate delivery method, parcel delivery or truck delivery, for you according to your purchase product size, weight and delivery address. The online shop delivery service covers 149 cities. In most areas, parcel delivery lead time is about 3 days, truck delivery is about 1 week. 5. Can I return a product which is not suitable for me?
Within 60 days (IKEA FAMILY member within 365 days), if you have kept the products in good condition, together with the original package and original receipt or invoice, we will refund you the same way you have paid. Bank card and bank card POS receipt are needed if you have paid in this way.
Sorry, we cannot accept exchange or return of food, plants, AS-IS products, customized products, household electric equipment and all products that have already been cut, sewed or painted.
