Choosing to take advantage of this additional service will save you time and energy. You can buy as much as you want without worrying about how you are going to assemble the furniture. Once you have chosen your furniture products, simply make a list of the items you want and place an order with an IKEA co-worker. The co-worker will guide you through the process and arrange to have your furniture assembled.
To ensure the after-sales procedure smoothly when you face any problem, we suggest you could keep the original packaging of the product for a while. We apologize for the inconvenience to you.

- IKEA assembly service
- Choosing to take advantage of this additional service will save you time and energy. You can buy as much as you want without worrying about how you are going to assemble the furniture. Once you have chosen your furniture products, simply make a list of the items you want and place an order with an IKEA co-worker. The co-worker will guide you through the process and arrange to have your furniture assembled.
- Note that some IKEA stores or area may apply different assembly charges, please check with our co-workers.
Note:
- During store activity seasons, assembly service fee will be charged as usual unless otherwise specified.
- For safety reasons, we suggest you apply wall mounting to floor cabinets higher than 0.75m (0.6m for children cabinets). If you purchase assembly service for them already, the wall mounting service will be free of charge. For walls applicable for wall mounting service, please check [ Secure it!].
- If for your (the customer’s) own reason you changed your original assembly date (kitchen, bathroom and other installation excluded), please call our customer service 1 day in advance. You can postpone to a date within the 7 days of your original assembly date.
- If because of your (the customer’s) own reason the delivery / assembly service cannot be performed for 3 times or more. Or you (the customer) did not answer our call because of no response / phone out of service and at the scheduled date there’s no one at your scheduled location, IKEA has the right to cancel and refund your order.

Important:
1. Assembly service charge is based on difficulty of furniture.
2. If you change your mind on scheduled date, please contact Wanshifu staff directly.
3. For saftey reason, any base cabinet higher than 0.75m, and children's furniture higher than 0.6m must be fixed to the wall. If you have booked assembly service, this fixing service is included.
After sales service:
Wanshifu platform will be responsible in assembly and after sales service. If you have any questions, please inquire in“ Wanshifu Home” Wechat official account (8:30~20:00).
Booking service:
● If you shop at IKEA.cn and want to book assembly service separately, please contact IKEA customer support center through online chat. We will confirm with you detailed assembly service fee based on what you would like to assemble, book service time, and communicate how to pay for service fee online.
● If you shop at IKEA local stores, please contact IKEA co-worker and we will guide you through the process and arrange to have your furniture assembled.
Important:
- The service charge will base on original selling price of FAMILY product and activity product during store activity period.
- For safety reason, any base cabinet high then 0.75M and any Kid’s furniture high then 0.6M should be fixed on the wall. If you already book assembly service for such kinds of furniture, it is included.
- If you need to change the assembly service time for your personal reason (excluded kitchen or bathroom installation service), please contact IKEA customer support centre at least one day before the promised date, choose the new date, and finish the assembly service within 7 days after the original booked date. Details please refer to the date which aligned between you and IKEA customer support centre. There is no storage service over 7 days, and IKEA will return the goods and get money refund to you if overtime. Thanks for cooperation!
- If we fail to provide assemble service 3 times or above due to your faults, or if under any condition that we fail to reach you multiple times due to no answere, no connection or service suspended, IKEA is entitled to cancel your order without your consent.
