About Kitchen Service

1.How to buy a kitchen?

We offer 2 complete solutions to fulfil different customers’ needs:
Solution 1: Self measuring and planning
Step 1: Downloading self-measuring document (PDF) from IKEA website for full written details about how to measure your kitchen.
Step 2: Entering your kitchen measurements into the IKEA Home Planner 3D tool and start planning your kitchen. You can also contact hotline for help on planning.
Step 3: Placing your order at your local IKEA store with a member of our kitchen design staff who will go through your design to make sure everything’s OK.
Step 4: Registering for the delivery and assembly service at our store delivery & assembly counter with your shopping receipt.
Solution 2: Full-service
Step 1: You can register the paid measuring and design service in store.
Step 2: We will offer the water and electricity solution after professional measuring service, then you can construct according to this.
Step 3: After you finish the construction, you can contact us and we will offer 2nd accurate measuring service. 
Step 4: After you recognised our design, you can make a purchase; then you can get the refund of the measuring and design fee with the original receipt or invoice of your purchase and the certificate of the measuring and design fee.
Step 5: You can register for the delivery and assembly service at our store delivery & assembly counter with your shopping receipt.
After all these are done, we will finish the installation within about two weeks. If any problem occurs during the installation, we will process the first time.

2. Is IKEA kitchen custom-made?

No, but we have various size to fit for your different needs.

3.What kitchen appliances are sold in IKEA? How is the after-sales service?

The kitchen appliances we are solding are under IKEA brand, including extractor hood, gas stove, electric hob, oven and fridge. We commit 5 years repair guarantee for IKEA kitchen appliances. 2 years repair guarantee for LAGAN extractor hood, gas stove and TILLREDA collection. Any questions about service process of IKEA kitchen appliances, please contact our hotline.

4. Kitchen Guarantee
We commit 25 years guarantee for IKEA kitchen range.
What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee covers all the following parts of the METOD kitchen system:

  • Cabinet frames (except for TUTEMO and HÖRDA)
  • Fronts
  • UTRUSTA hinges
  • MAXIMERA fully-extending drawers
  • UTRUSTA shelves of tempered glass and melamine
  • Legs
  • Cover panels
  • Deco strips/mouldings
  • Worktops that are at least 2.8 cm thick (except for LILLTRÄSK and FYNDIG)
  • Sinks. Except FYNDIG sinks.
  • UTRUSTA dish drainers for wall cabinet

Products not covered under this guarantee
Knobs, handles, FYNDIG collection. FÖRVARA drawers, UTRUSTA wire baskets, mixer tap, TUTEMO and HÖRDA open cabinet have a 10-year guarantee.

5. What can I do when coming across kitchen after sales issue?
If you notice a problem with your IKEA kitchen within the guarantee period, you can contact our hotline 4008002345, please include proof of the original purchase from IKEA (receipt or invoice). We will arrange the repair or exchange service according to the actual situation. If the product is no longer available, there would be an appropriate replacement for it.
