How to use? 

Online payment:     

1. Click to claim, "IKEA design interest-free benefit."  

（After the payment is completed, the benefit will be automatically issued to your member account）

4. You will start instalment payments according to the selected plan. For details, please refer to your monthly bank statement or Alipay account. 

Offline payment： 

1. Click to claim, "IKEA design interest-free benefit."

2. Present the membership code 

3. Click "Use IKEA installment payment", select "IKEA design interest-free amount" and present the installment payment code 

4. After the cashier scans the installment payment code, select the appropriate installment platform and installment period to complete the payment.

5. You will start instalment payments according to the selected plan. For details, please refer to your monthly bank statement or Alipay account. 

Notice：  

• The instalment payment service is applicable to purchases of all IKEA products, provided by credit card issuing institutions and Ant Financial Services (Huabei) to eligible Chinese mainland residents. Whether the member is successfully installment, it is subject to the review result of the credit card issuing institution or Ant Financial Services. A delinquency fee will be charged by ICBC or Ant Financial in the event of overdue instalment payments. For details, please refer to the official website of the credit card issuer or Alipay for relevant terms, fees, and charges.

• Single purchase of ￥9,999 or more is required to enjoy up to 12 interest-free installment benefits. 

• The interest-free amount for IKEA design is ￥50,000, and IKEA family member can enjoy interest-free subsidies during the activity period. If the member's cumulative consumption amount has exceeded the interest-free quota, he will not be able to enjoy IKEA interest-free subsidies. A single order cannot be split into partial amounts to enjoy installment, and partial amounts are not eligible for installment.

• Interest-free service coupons are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt can be accumulated within the interest-free quota within 30 days. 

• The monthly payment amount displayed on the IKEA app is just an estimation and the actual monthly payment amount is calculated and determined by your instalment provider and reflected on your monthly bill.   

• The above instalment payment service is only applicable to individual consumers. 

• Consumers making purchases with a debit card are not eligible for this instalment payment service.
