1. What is the “IKEA 19.9 Small Products Free Parcel Delivery Card”?

The “IKEA 19.9 Small Products Free Parcel Delivery Card” (a.k.a Free Parcel Card in later content) works on your qualified parcel orders and will reduce its delivery fee by 9.9 CNY every time you use it:

• After you purchase the 19.9 Free Parcel Card, you will receive 10 Coupon each month for the 12 following months (including the month you purchase the Free Parcel Card), coupon can be used on parcel Delivery orders exceed 99CNY.
• Each of the 10 mentioned Coupon will reduce 9.9 CNY parcel delivery free for your qualified parcel orders. You may use one Coupon on one parcel order only.
• The Card and all Coupons are effective once you receive them in your IKEA registered account. The 10 Coupons you receive each month will be valid for one month only. To check how many Coupons are left to use for the month you may check in IKEA Official APP.

Parcel Orders: Qualified parcel orders means the weight less than 30kg, length less than 1.0m, width and height both less than 0.7m, and total length of each item less than 1.65m. Parcel orders does not include Food, Plants, Oil Paints, Knifes, large decoration vases, mirrors (except for table mirrors), stacked/rolled mattress etc. (subject to express company regulations).

Delivery Area: After you put your item in your shopping cart, you can INPUT your delivery address to check if it is in IKEA parcel delivery area.

Delivery Time: Most of parcels in majority cities will be delivered within 7 days when the stock at good condition but will be some delay if there is peak period, bad weather or other special case.

2. When can I use this Free Parcel Card?

As an IKEA Family Member, you may use the Card to reduce your parcel delivery fee one time per each of your purchased parcel orders on IKEA Official APP.

The following items are not applicable for parcel delivery fee reduction: Food, Plants, Oil Paints, Knifes, large decoration vases, mirrors (except for table mirrors), stacked/rolled mattress etc. (subject to express company regulations).

*We provide parcel delivery service for 301 cities in the country, however the following areas are not qualified for the Free Parcel Card service: Hainan, Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Tibet;

3. Other Rules of using the Free Parcel Card

As an IKEA Family member, you should keep your IKEA Family account and passwords properly, and you are liable for all your activities with your IKEA account. Before you purchase the Free Parcel Card, please carefully read the following:

*The Card/Coupon will be bonded with your IKEA Family account. You may not transfer whole or part of the Card/Coupon benefit to any other person by any means. Please verify your IKEA account before purchase. Once the Card/Coupon benefit is, or is partly used, you will not be able to refund or terminate the using of this Card/Coupon. If for your own reason, you misuse the Card/Coupon or lose your Card, we are sorry we cannot provide return or refund to you.

*If you haven’t used any of the Card/Coupon, and you have changed your mind, you may request to return the Card. You will get the money refund through the original payment methods.

*Unused Coupons will be invalid the next month and will be seen as you abandon the Coupon’s benefit. You will not be able to refund the invalid part of the Card.

*In order to purchase “IKEA 19.9 Small Products Free Parcel Delivery Card”, you need to meet the following qualifications: You are an IKEA Family member, in the past 365 days (1) you purchased less than 10 times each day in online/offline IKEA stores, (2) you have less than 10 delivery addresses and (3) you purchased the same item less than 20 times in one day.

*If IKEA finds any of the accounts who purchased the “IKEA 19.9 Small Products Free Parcel Delivery Card” has suspicious activities (include, but not limited to, Bots, malicious registration, malicious arbitrage, fake transactions, and any dishonest behaviors), IKEA has the right to cancel your Card/Coupon benefits, or even close the corresponding IKEA registered accounts. If such suspicious activity is found, IKEA will not notice you in advance for the closing of such accounts or provide return/refund and will not be liable for this action. IKEA forbids the following suspicious activities (including, but not limited to):

• Giving the IKEA registered account to another person so he/she can place orders or place orders for another person, the purchased item quantity clearly exceeds reasonable daily consumption/uses amount
• Using the “IKEA 19.9 Small Products Free Parcel Delivery Card” for unlawful profit making
• Transferring the Card/Coupon benefit to people other than the single owner of the IKEA registered account (renting, borrowing, selling)
• Having more than 10 delivery addresses used by the account or the Card
• Other scenarios where IKEA believes you have dishonest behavior, suspicious activities or unlawful uses of the Card
