1. How to register on the IKEA website?
You need to have your mobile phone number and email address when you register on the IKEA website. Please secure a correct email address in order to receive the digital receipt to your registered email inbox if you placed an order online. The account you registered on Shanghai Intermediate eCommerce website cannot be used for IKEA website, please register a new account.
2. What if I forgot my password?
Please log in to the IKEA website from a PC device www.ikea.cn (not mobile device m2.ikea.cn), go to the “log in” page and choose “Forgot password”. You can follow the information to choose email or short message (SMS) to receive the new password set by the system, and then please log in again and reset your password afterwards. In order to secure the safety and security of your online account, please do not share the content of the email or SMS with new password. 3. Is the product price the same in IKEA stores and in IKEA online shop?
Normally, the product price is the same between IKEA online shop and physical IKEA stores. Sometimes, the price can differ, for example when IKEA stores have a local activity. When shopping and paying online, the online price is the valid price.
4. What if the product I wanted is out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of the items shown in the IKEA catalogue and on the IKEA website, but due to popularity or supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, IKEA can estimate when a product should be back in stock. However, as our products are made worldwide, the estimated delivery time might sometimes be delayed. You can leave your mobile phone number or email address on the website, we will send you the replenishment notice of products via SMS or e-mail.
5. What product guarantees and warranties does IKEA offer?
