After you purchase goods from IKEA China, order information will be generated with your order, which will be used to complete the logistics and delivery of the order. To provide you with complete services, we may provide the following personal information contained in your order information to the global headquarters INGKA Group (Ingka Holdings E.V) and its global affiliates (primarily IKEA IT AB):

For order logistics analysis support, we may transfer your personal basic information (including city, country, region, postal code, mailing address) and network identification information (including logistics system user ID, delivery route ID, order ID) to IKEA IT AB for full-process logistics analysis, and use the analysis results to optimize the service we provide to you;
2. To complete remote operation and maintenance of the order system, if your order cannot be placed or has logistics delivery anomalies due to system failures that we cannot resolve on our own, IKEA IT AB may remotely access your personal basic information (including name, phone number, email, city, street, region, mailing address) and network identification information (including user ID) from overseas to provide technical support.

Before providing personal information across borders, we will strictly comply with the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China," "Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China," and other applicable laws and regulations. In accordance with the relevant provisions of IKEA China Privacy Policy, we will obtain your explicit consent and require the third-party receiving the information to fulfill personal information protection obligations, processing your personal information only for necessary purposes, and not to transfer, share, provide, or process your personal information for other purposes without authorization.
