Free delivery service for parcel delivery over ¥299

When all items in the same order are delivered by parcel delivery and the paid amount (excluding delivery or service charges) is over ¥ 299, the order will be eligible for free delivery service.

o   What are parcel delivery items? 

For parcel delivery, the weight of a single item is less than 30kg, the length of the outer packaging is less than 100cm, the width and height are less than 70cm, and the sum (length + width+ height) is less than 165cm.

Note: The items to be delivered by parcel delivery do not include greenery, foodstuffs, paints and lacquers, rice cloth, knives, large decorative vases, mirrors (except tabletop mirrors), rolled mattresses, etc.

o   Conditions for free delivery

• When all items in the same order are delivered by parcel delivery and the paid amount (excluding delivery or service charges) is over ¥299, the order is eligible for free delivery. 

• Multiple orders with a combined amount of ¥299 or more are not eligible for parcel delivery.

• When the order includes any one truck delivery item, the free delivery service is not available.

o   The free delivery service applies to online services

The service is only available on the IKEA.cn/IKEA Shoppable Mini Program/IKEA App and does not include stores.

o   Delivery Area

Parcel delivery area covers 301 cities in China, but the following remote areas are not eligible for the service: Hainan, Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Qinghai, Tibet.

o   No irregularities

IKEA reserves the right to cancel transactions with customers or their participation in activities and to withdraw violations and gifts and, if necessary, to initiate legal action against the customer in case of non-compliance (including but not limited to malicious withdrawals, fraudulent transactions, and other violations of the principle of honesty and trustworthiness). 

o   Expiry date

This service is effective from 14 March 2022 and IKEA reserves the right to terminate and modify the service.
