[National]  August 27, 2009 - IKEA, the world's biggest home furnishing retailer, recently held a media kick-off event for FY10 in Shanghai.
IKEA has already sent out its 374-page Catalogue for 2010 to consumers with as many as 3.8 million copies distributed. Over 800 new products and more than 500 new even-lower-priced products await customers in IKEA stores, helping them to create the better everyday life they’ve always wanted.

All of these efforts have been made to realize IKEA’s long-term business idea, which is to offer a wide range , well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them. This is IKEA's commitment to consumers.
